Hopefully you can see a pic of the Singpore skyline, taken while waiting for a lift at the hotel! Overall impressions: extremely nice people, but a bit hot for me (I say that about Sheffield though!)

Raffles! Inc Picture!

Hi again

Been to the Raffles hotel today for High Tea and Singapore Slings (not at the same time!!)

Was gorgeous and extremely posh - I fitted right in :)

Have put the pic on now!

This was the extremely tall doorman. He was lovely and very obliging but then again he has to be as he is the most photographed man in Singapore. This was good timing as shortly after this the Premier of Cambodia arrived for Tiffin and the place was covered with Police!

Singapore!

Hi everyone

Arrived in Singapore VERY early this morning! Got a nice taxi ride to the Ritz Carlton where all of the staff are falling over themselves to help - they even managed to take all of our luggage!!!

Been around the extremely large shopping centres today and just been to the laser show at the Fountain of Wealth - the biggest/tallest fountain in the world - looks a lot like a War of the Worlds alien - see pic!
