Rotorua

Hi everyone,

Sorry we can't put any pics on at the moment - we will try to get some on when we go to the internet cafe in Takapuna hopefully on Thursday.

We are in Rotorua tonight which was about a 4 hour drive from Auckland. We spent the afternoon in a lakeside spa in the natural hot pools which was fab apart from the smell of rotten eggs!!!

Hopefully we will go and see some hot geysers tomorrow - that's the natural geothermic variety NOT fit blokes (unfortunately) !!

Hope everyone is ok - leave us some messages!!!

Bye for now

Ange

Geezers smelling of rotten eggs, doesn't sound like NZ has much to offer when it comes to fellers for you Ange!! Tom, maybe this is good news for you, the local women should come running to a fresh smelling male!If we never see you again we understand...enjoy it!

Nothing has changed dramatically in Blighty, weather going from sunny to dull to rain.
Looking forward to my easter eggs (you've got to have some thing to look forward to!) Thanks AA, buttons forever!!

I remember when I arrived there after the bus journey from Auckland - the smell gave me a right headache! Not sure where you are staying but round the corner from where I was I saw a garage taken out by a small geezer which went off under it!
Try and make it to the Maori centre if you can as it gives a good overview of the culture there.
Oh, and thanks for the card too!
